Coverage: delivery anywhere in Vietnam.

Delivery fee

• 30.000đ per order.
• Free for orders from 500.000đ.
• The fee is shown clearly in the cart before you order.

Pick up at the workshop

Choose "Pick up at the workshop (Đà Lạt)" when ordering, then come to 3C Tăng Bạt Hổ, Xuân Hương – Đà Lạt during opening hours, 8:00–20:00.

Hold an item: tap "Hold at the workshop" on the product page and we will hold it for 24 hours so you can come to see it, try it and pay at the workshop.

Delivery times

• Ready-made items: we call or message you on Zalo to confirm the order and ship within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 1–2 days within Lâm Đồng and 2–5 days to other provinces.
• Made-to-order pieces: we give a delivery date for each order when we send the quote.

Carrier: SPX (Shopee Express).

When you receive your parcel

• Check that the box is intact before accepting it.
• If the box is dented, torn or contains the wrong item: take photos and message us right away on Zalo 0933 271 088.

International shipping: not available to order through the website yet. Message us on Zalo 0933 271 088 and we will send you a separate quote.
