  • Orders placed on the website are confirmed by the workshop by phone or Zalo message. An order is final once the workshop has confirmed it.
  • If an item sells out after you order: we let you know right away, suggest another piece or cancel the order, with a full refund if you have already paid.
  • Track your order at yenleather.com/tra-don.

3. Prices

  • Prices on the website are selling prices, in Vietnamese dong.
  • The delivery fee is shown clearly in the cart before you order.
  • Prices may change; confirmed orders keep the price at the time of ordering.

4. Images and colours

  • Photos show the actual pieces, taken at the workshop.
  • Colours on screen may differ slightly from real life; the grain of every hide is different.

5. Copyright

Photos, articles and videos on the website belong to the Yen workshop. Please message us before reusing them.

6. Users

Provide your correct name, phone number and address for delivery. Do not use the website to place fake orders or cause trouble for the workshop.
