What we collect

• Full name, phone number / Zalo.
• Delivery address (province, commune / ward, house number).
• Notes, reference photos and engraving text you send when ordering a made-to-order piece.
• Order details and payment method.

What it is used for

• Confirming orders, delivery, warranty, exchanges and returns.
• Sending quotes and progress photos for made-to-order pieces.
• Replying to your questions or complaints.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent out your information.
• We do not use your photos or engraving text in advertising without your consent.
• We do not send you promotional messages if you do not want them.

Who it is shared with: only the delivery company (name, phone number and address, for delivery), and government authorities when required by law.

How long we keep it: for as long as needed for the order, the warranty and accounting records required by law.
