Payment

Ready-made items — choose 1 of 2

  1. Bank transfer (QR): after you order, the website shows a QR code. Transfer the exact amount with the exact transfer note so we can match it quickly.
  2. Cash on delivery (COD): pay the courier when you receive the parcel. COD is only available for ready-made items.

Pick up at the workshop: pay in cash or by bank transfer at the workshop.

Made-to-order pieces — 100% paid upfront

  1. Send a request on the Made to order page (design, size, leather colour, engraving).
  2. We send a quote + delivery date via Zalo.
  3. We send a drawing + photos of the actual hide for you to approve.
  4. You pay the full 100% by QR in your personal order link.
  5. Only then do we cut the leather, sending photos of each step in the same link.

Name engraving is free.

Refunds for made-to-order pieces

  • If we cannot make it (the chosen leather has run out, or we cannot meet the agreed date and you do not wish to wait) → 100% refund.
  • If you cancel before we cut the leather → 100% refund.
  • If you want to cancel after the leather has been cut: contact us so we can agree together on the work already done; the part not yet done is refunded.
  • Refunds go back to the account you paid from, within 7 working days.

Receiving account

Only transfer to the account shown in the QR code on the website or in the workshop's order link. We never send messages asking you to change the account number from an unfamiliar contact.
